Ed is an experienced change manager and workshop facilitator and has led change at major banking and insurance companies.

Ed is a Member of the Chartered Institute of Bankers in Scotland and a Member of the Chartered Institute of Marketing. He holds a Masters Degree in Marketing and is also a Chartered Company Secretary.

Jack Broadley

Jack is a Visiting Executive Fellow with Henley Management College, where as a Faculty member he facilitates, coaches and teaches on various corporate executive programmes.

He has a Post Graduate Diploma in Management & a Masters in Organisation Theory from Warwick Business School. Jack is also a Member of Institute of Directors, the Association of Business Psychologists and is a Chartered Member of the Institute of Personnel & Development.

Antoine Lever

Antoine has run business workshops for small and medium sized organisations for many years. These include small businesses and professional services companies.

He has a Masters Degree in Business Administration from Ashridge Business School.

Adrian Giles

Adrian has successfully run strategic change projects for major blue chip finance companies. He specialises in process and performance improvement using Lean and Six Sigma techniques.

Neil Munz Jones

Neil has a strong track record in implementing successful change and integration programmes for large retail groups. He also has extensive experience in facilitating strategy development and execution workshops for global teams in different industries and sectors.

He holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Politics and Economics and a Masters degree in Business Administration from INSEAD Business School.

Andy Sharland

Andy has facilitated workshops and delivered business change for several public bodies and utilities.

He has a Masters Degree in Business Systems and also a Masters Degree in Business Administration from Ashridge Business School.
